Workshops for Global Teams & Leaders

Global teams often perform at a high level, but a hidden cost.

Employees working across countries, cultures, and time zones are managing more than their role: ongoing adaptation, unclear boundaries, and a lack of stability outside of work.

Over time, this leads to burnout, disengagement, and declining performance, often before it’s fully recognised.

I am a clinical psychologist specialising in the psychological impact of international and remote work.
My work is grounded in an understanding of how the nervous system responds to ongoing stress, change and uncertainty, particularly in environments where there is little external stability.

Alongside my clinical training, I have worked in corporate environments in both Canada and London, England, and lived and relocated across multiple countries myself. This allows me to understand both the organisational demands and the lived experience of international work.

I work with expats, globally mobile professionals, and global teams navigating burnout, identity shifts, cultural adaptation, and the pressure to maintain performance without consistent structure.

My workshops are designed to address these challenges directly; combining clinical insight with practical, applicable tools.

Who I Work With

I work with organisations and teams operating in international, high-demand, and constantly changing environments, including:

  • Global and international organisations
  • Remote and distributed teams working across time zones
  • Companies with expat or globally mobile employees
  • Leadership teams managing cross-cultural environments
  • NGOs and humanitarian organisations supporting staff in high-stress or relocation-heavy roles

Core Workshop Areas

Each workshop is tailored to your organisation’s specific context, rather than delivered as a fixed programme.
This work is grounded in clinical psychology and focuses on the underlying psychological and nervous system processes that drive burnout, disengagement, and performance challenges; not just surface-level well-being.
  • Hidden Burnout in High-Performing Expat Employees
Help employees recognise early signs of burnout and implement evidence-based adjustments before performance and well-being begin to decline.
  • Cultural Burnout: The Cost of Constant Adaptation
Explore how ongoing cultural adaptation and relocation stress impact mental health, identity, and nervous system regulation over time.
  • Life in Between: Navigating Change, Identity, and Well-being
Support employees in managing transitions, identity shifts, and uncertainty in international careers and globally mobile lifestyles.
  • Managing Work-Life Boundaries Across Time Zones
Address the “always-on” culture in remote teams and build boundaries that protect productivity, focus, recovery and sustainable performance.
  • Reducing Loneliness in Remote and Mobile Teams
Understand the impact of isolation in remote work and develop strategies to improve connection, engagement and team cohesion.
Workshops can be delivered as standalone sessions or combined into a series, depending on your organisation’s needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below are answers to common questions about starting online therapy, information about sessions, and what you can expect.
How do I get started?
keyboard_arrow_down
I am currently accepting new clients. Complete the contact form. You can share what you're struggling with and what you're hoping to get out of therapy, or keep it brief if you're unsure of how to describe things right now.

We’ll then schedule a free 15-minute consultation, where we can talk about what’s been feeling difficult and see whether working together feels like a good fit. There’s no obligation, it’s simply a chance to ask questions and get a sense of next steps.
What is your fee?
keyboard_arrow_down

My fee is 100 euros for one 50-minute session.

We can begin with a free 15-minute consultation, so you can ask questions and see whether working together feels like a good fit before committing.

Do you offer sliding scale sessions?
keyboard_arrow_down

Yes, I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for clients experiencing financial constraints.

If cost is a concern, feel free to mention this when you reach out and we can see whether availability allows.

What is your cancellation policy?
keyboard_arrow_down

Due to the very limited nature of appointments, you will be charged the full fee for cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice. I reserve your therapy time just for you, and last-minute cancellations do not allow me enough time to schedule someone else in that slot.

This policy allows me to manage my schedule fairly and ensures availability is respected.

Is there anything outside of your scope?
keyboard_arrow_down
Yes. Being clear about the scope of my work is a key part of ethical care.

I work with individual adults (18+), supporting concerns such as anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional regulation, burnout, relationship challenges, and life transitions, including the emotional impact of expat and digital nomad life.

There are certain areas, however, that fall outside my scope of practice. If any of the following apply, I will help you explore more appropriate care options or refer you to a trusted specialist:
• Active suicidal or homicidal thoughts, with a current plan or intent
• Ongoing self-harm behaviours (e.g., cutting, burning)
• Significant substance use or addiction requiring medical or inpatient support
• Psychotic symptoms (such as hallucinations or delusions)
• Psychological or diagnostic testing needs. Note: I am partnered with Insight Medical in Budapest. This clinic offers thorough psychiatric evaluation online.
• Full DBT programs requiring group skills training or 24/7 phone coaching

While I integrate DBT principles into my work, I do not offer a full DBT program. If that level of support is needed, I’ll help you connect with a program that provides it.

My goal is always to ensure you receive care that truly fits your needs, whether that’s with me or with another qualified professional.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
keyboard_arrow_down
My practice is fully online, and I offer therapy via a secure Zoom link.

Working online allows me to support expats and digital nomads wherever they're based, while also giving clients the flexibility to fit therapy into their lives without commuting or navigating local healthcare systems.

Online research is well-research and effective, and for many people - especially those living abroad, it can feel more accessible and consistent than in-person sessions. I write more about this in my article "How to Pick a Therapist" if you'd like to explore this further.
Is your practice LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive of diverse identities?
keyboard_arrow_down

Yes. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to being a safe, respectful space for people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, and relationship structures.

I strive to create an environment that is inclusive and supportive of individuals from diverse racial, cultural, and minority backgrounds. I recognise that people’s experiences are shaped by intersecting identities, and I approach this work with openness, cultural sensitivity, and a willingness to continually learn.

My goal is to provide a space where you can show up as you are — without judgement, assumptions, or the need to explain or justify your identity.

Do you offer mental health workshops for international companies or remote teams?
keyboard_arrow_down
Yes — I work with organisations, offering workshops designed for expats, remote teams, and globally mobile professionals.
