I’m a Canadian psychologist who has lived across Europe since 2017, including in France, England, Hungary, and the Netherlands. I’ve also spent extended periods living and working remotely in countries including Portugal, Greece, Italy, and Cyprus.
Living internationally can be deeply rewarding, but it can also feel lonely, destabilising, and emotionally exhausting at times. My work focuses on helping expats, digital nomads, and internationally mobile adults navigate trauma, grief, burnout, anxiety, and major life transitions.
In 2021, I experienced the sudden loss of my partner, which profoundly shaped both my personal life and my understanding of grief and trauma.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from ELTE University in Budapest, along with degrees in Psychology and Business Administration from Canada.
I offer trauma-informed online therapy for expats and digital nomads, shaped by both clinical training and lived experience abroad. Our work is practical, personalised, and focused on helping you feel more grounded in daily life.
Ongoing online sessions, tailored to you
Sessions are adapted to your needs and pace. We use evidence-based approaches to support emotional regulation, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions — always grounded in what feels most relevant to your current situation.

Living abroad can bring freedom, growth, and opportunity, but also loneliness, uncertainty, grief, and emotional exhaustion.
I specialise in supporting expats and digital nomads through trauma-informed online therapy focused on helping you feel more grounded, stable, and emotionally supported.
Areas I Can Help You With:
Practical mental health workshops for expats, remote teams, and internationally mobile organisations.
Drawing from both clinical training and lived international experience, I help teams navigate burnout, chronic stress, emotional regulation, and the psychological impact of constant change.
Designed for high-performance environments, these workshops strengthen resilience, communication, and long-term sustainability under pressure.

Sessions are 100 EUR for 50 minutes.
I also offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can discuss whether the work feels like a good fit before getting started.
I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for clients experiencing financial constraints.
If cost is a barrier, you’re welcome to mention this when reaching out and we can discuss current availability.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged the full session fee, as session times are reserved specifically for you.
Thank you for understanding and respecting the consistency this helps maintain within the practice.
